Salisbury General is how I help teams ship things that matter.
There are two sides to it. One is engineering management, such as hiring, structuring teams, and leading an engineering department. The other is practical, hands-on development, such as building with AI, shipping cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes, and generally engineering things the right way.
I also design real-world things sometimes.

01 Consulting
Three ways in.
An hour, a few days, or an ongoing arrangement. The same senior help, engineering management or hands-on development, sized to what the problem calls for.
Call
An hour on whatever's pressing: a technical question, a personnel decision, a second opinion before you commit. A good place to start if you're not yet sure what you need.
Project
A few focused days on one specific thing: a prototype, a hiring plan, a technical problem that needs solving now. A good fit when the target's already clear.
Retainer
A standing block of time each week for teams that want someone senior in the loop: steering the build, unblocking the team, keeping the hard calls honest.
02 Notes
Works in progress.
New things I'm trying out, deep technology dives, and nonsense. Probably the clearest look at how I actually work.
